I absolutely LoVe spending time with New Parents....

and their New Love!

I LoVe it because it takes me back to those first 6 months of my husband and I experiencing our New Love with our firstborn!

I LoVeD all the "newness" of our New Life together as a Family!

New Emotions

New Schedules

New Sleeping Patterns

New "Busyness"

New Stress

A New Life to Love

And a New Life for Mommy & Daddy!

My time spent with these two New Families was just wonderful~

I enjoyed every minute of it!!

Where have the years gone?
I always think of myself as 'young,' and honestly, I really believe that I'm 26!

....not sure why the number is 26, but it is.

I feel like the years from that point on, have just whizzed right by me!

And then I 'hang out' with these kids....

And I instantly feel 'old'

....or my age, I guess!

It's so hard for me to believe that High School is just 'around the corner' for the 2 oldest

I had such a fun time with my cousin, Trish and her kids:

The 3 of them were just great - so much fun and so full of ideas!

They were so cooperative and patient that I went completely overboard with the 'picture taking'

I took ENTIRELY too many photos - but I just couldn't resist!

Their personalities shine through, and they are just as Beautiful/Handsome on the inside as they are on the outside!

What a BeAuTiFuL FaMiLy!!!
I have to say that when I venture out with a family to take photographs, there is usually SoMeBoDy that absolutely DoEs NoT want to be there! I won't say who it usually is....I'll just leave you guessing!

But my time with The Schlabach Family was very enjoyable! Everyone was so happy, fun, and so willing to do whatever I asked of them, even if they felt completely silly doing it!

The weather was perfect and we were able to get some great shots without roasting in the SuMMeR HeAt!!

I Love seeing families interact with each other

What a FuN time I had with my 'new friend,' Alexis!!

I had never met Alexis before, so I allowed some "get to know you" time at the beginning of our session!

No need for that!!

This little sweetheart literally bounced out of the van, and she instantly told me her name, her age, and of course, all about her New Kittens!

She truly is a gem....so ViViD, and FuLL of LiFe!

I really don't think the 'Outfit' or the 'Little Girl' could get any cuter!!

Everything is Perfect!

Is it True that Cats have 9 Lives??

If cats do in fact have 9 lives....

then our little "Mickey" is about half way through her life already!

She's been choked, squashed, crushed, pinched, stepped on, you name it, it's happened!!

But at the same time there is....
So MuCh LoVe!

Nobody could LoVe her more than what Little Laners does!

After the kitty escaped from being stuck underneath the garage door last evening, she hid under a bush, and was breathing rather heavily!
Luckily she was ok!
Lane was so concerned about her, and he talked so sweet to her!
In his '2 year old' voice he said, as if he were talking to a 'baby'

"Kitty, you ok? Aw, kitty - come here kitty! Kitty, you ok?"
(Over & Over Again!!!)

Amazingly she was ok!
On to her next LiFe!

Because Remember....
Cats have 9+ Lives!

Everyday we go through the same scenario, and it goes like this:
Lane says,

"Her such a nice boy"

"Aw Kitty, what you doin' Kitty?"

And Then.....
The Kitty AttAcKs!!

Mickey, the Kitty, grabs hold of Lane's leg and clings to it as though she is going to climb him like a tree!
He yells at her LOUDLY, as he's kicking and panicking,

"Git Kitty, Git!!!"

"Her such a Bad Boy Kitty"

But then they 'make up'....until the next time, that is!
